I have been accepted as a fellow of American College of Surgeons on
1995.
I have been Elected to the board of Governors of the American College
of Surgeons as a Governor – at – Large from Iran for three years on
Oct. 11, 2001, and again on Oct. 2004 for three years. I am president
of Iranian Chapter of American College of Surgeons. I was resident and
chief resident in U/K from 1966 – 1975 , I passed examinations and
became fellow of Royal College of Surgeon of England on 1974. Since
1975 I have been working as a Consultant Surgeon in General Surgery
and Gastroenterology in Arad General Hospital Tehran.Since January
1992 I have been working as a director, department of general and
laparoscopic Surgery at Arad General Hospital and also have been
training this technic in Iran. I am lecturer in laparoscopic Surgery
of Iran University of Medical Sciences. I am fellow of Association of
Surgeons of GB & Ireland, I am also member of SMIT, Association of
Endoscopic Surgeons of GB & Ireland, International Society of Surgery
, European Association for Endoscopic Surgery, Association of upper GI
Surgery of GB & Ireland, British Medical Association and active member
of academic committee of Iranian Association of Surgeons .I
am member of board of Mediteranean & Middle Eastern Endoscopic
Surgery Association.I am president of Association of Iranian Endoscopic Surgerons, and also Chairman of official journal of
Association of Iranian Endoscopic Surgeons.
